Also providing, my favorite, Couples energy connection sessions. Helping Couples through deepening their bond, healing, blocks. Couples Reiki is not limited to a romantic nature. Reiki for two strengthens any relationship between friends and family.

Champissage (Traditional Indian Head Massage) originated from India and takes its roots from the healing practices of Ayurveda. This is not a usual Western massage. Champissage activates Marma points in the head, neck and shoulders to release stuck energy and to provide healing on a physical, mental and emotional level. This unique experience opens our Crown Chakra to provide balance and renewal of energy. This energy flow and Charka Balancing will give you a deeper sense of peace, calm and tranquility. With a scalp massage at the end to deepen your treatment.
This is carried out through the clothing in a seat upright position in our healing room. Want a little extra? Treat yourself and book in our Saltroom.

Benefits: Increases oxygen flow, improves blood and lymph circulation, relieves tension headaches and promotes hair growth. It has been know to decrease anxiety and help dissipate tiredness, edginess and increase concentration by releasing stagnant energy and providing energetic healing.

Contraindications: This is NOT for everyone. This is not a treatment for you If you have Osteoporosis, Frailty, chronic fatigue, Epilepsy, Spondylitis or Spondylosis in the neck. Painful Cysts, Psoriasis, being treated for High or low blood pressure. Surgery in the upper body or injuries.
